You agree to:

• Not use services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.

• Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials and notify us immediately if there is unauthorized use.

4. Payments, Subscriptions & Fees

• To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aivio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, revenue, business opportunity arising out of or related to your use or inability to use our services.

• Our total liability under these Terms for any claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the services during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

• Our services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

• We do not guarantee that the services will meet all your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

• We make no warranties as to the accuracy or reliability of any content or outputs generated.

• breach of these Terms;

• non-payment of fees;
